Community Emails
Campus-wide email blasts are occasionally sent to all employees and/or all students for special announcements as required by University leadership. Email blasts are not to be used in the place of The Word Today, nor will an email blast be distributed to make up for an announcement to The Word Today that was not submitted by the deadline for inclusion (4 p.m. the day prior to distribution).
Campus wide email blasts to all employees and/or all students must be requested and approved by leadership at the Vice-Presidential level or above. The Office of Communications and Brand Marketing reserves the right to deny a request for a campus email to be distributed, and/or to edit a message’s contents.
