Men's Club Soccer

About Us

UIW Men's Club Soccer Team is a program devoted to developing a group of young talented student-athletes interested in taking advantage of the opportunity to participate in extra-curriculum activities on a local, regional and national basis. Our players participate in the Texas Collegiate Soccer League, which involves other schools such as UTSA, St. Edwards, University of Houston and many others. In 2016 the team claimed the 2016 Texas Collegiate Soccer League Conference Championship. In the off-season, we play in weekend tournaments and friendly games with other schools in Texas.

All of our student-athletes on the team are required to serve the community for at least eight hour per semester through community service and volunteer events, participate in fundraising activities, commit to practice times, game and travel schedule, as well as be a respectful member of the UIW institution and the San Antonio community as a whole. The UIW Men's Soccer Team is a great chance for those who want to have the student-athlete experience, learn more about the sport, engage in competition, develop leadership skills, team work, build new friendships, network, and participate in fun activities.
